Operating sequence will be; Palm buttons are pushed simultaneously by the operator, ram extends and remains extended, until one or both palm buttons are released by the operator, then the ram retracts to home/start position. At anytime during the cycle, if the operator let's go of one or both palm buttons the ram retracts to the home/start position.
DP-1-NP Control Package for a Model AP1900D Press only, all pneumatic jog circuit with auto ram return. Includes dual palm buttons, non-tie down unit, Filt/Reg, lockout, mufflers, valve(s), all installed. Operating sequence will be; Palm buttons are pushed simultaneously by the operator, ram extends until adjustable pressure switch senses ram has stalled or reached set pressure, then ram retracts automatically to the home/start. At anytime during the cycle, if the operator let's go of one or both palm buttons the ram STOPS its motion. The operator or setup person can press the reset button to retract ram to the home/start position or depress palm buttons to continuing jogging the stroke. Available only with Model AP1900D presses.

Includes (2) "Banner Opto Touch"® buttons, electric non-tie down unit & valve, filter, regulator, lockout, mufflers, all installed. Operating sequence will be; "Opto Touch" buttons are pushed simultaneously by the operator, ram extends and remains extended, until one or both palm buttons are released, then the ram retracts to home position. At anytime during the cycle, if the operator let's go of one or both touch buttons the ram retracts to the home position.
EDP-2 Control Package, for Model's AP150, AP400, (#:EDP-2-SA-1)AP1200 & AP1900, (#:EDP-2-SA-2) electric 115V AC input, features a two hand, no tie down, all in one control module with no touch ergonomic dual switches, attached. This "no touch" system provide relief for machine operators from the physical stress related to the repeated manual operation of mechanical actuation devices. Operating sequence description; Switches are activated simultaneously by the operator, ram extends, only after press is safely closed, indicated by pressure, operator is permitted to release their hands, an adjustable timer (.6 - 220 seconds) takes over continuing the press's cycle until timed out returning/retracting the press's ram to the home/start position. An emergency STOP switch, can interrupt the cycle and return the ram home. Includes control module with infrared beams switches, 6 ft of cord for easy locating, lockout, regulator, filter, valves, all installed.
