The SIG Series Air over Oil Press is a complete waveform assembly process monitoring press package that incorporates our standard C-Series Air over Oil Press with a fully integrated Signature Analysis System. This package includes a magnetostrictive linear position transducer which accurately measures the distance of the press stroke, a strain gauge load cell which accurately measures the press force, and a programmable signature analysis touch screen monitor that captures and displays the entire press force/distance waveform. This waveform is analyzed against your input parameters of your application criteria to assure the quality control of your assembly process.
