Our index tables can be used for the following:

  • Mounting can be done in any place - vertical, horizontal, inverted
  • Easily installed & connected with simple pneumatic piping
  • Flexible - can be easily converted to a different number of index stations
For loads that exceed the standard rated load capacities, both LFLS and shock absorber are recommended. Please consult the factory to determine proper size index table for your application

LFLS Wear Bearing (Low Friction Load Surface) - Reduces rotary friction load allowing significant increases in index table capacity

Shock Absorber - Mechanical device mounted on blank end of index cylinder to absorb high shock loads (Clockwise rotation only)

Hydraulic EHP - Hydraulic powered indexers for increased load capacity

Sub plates - Aluminum or steel tooling plates, mounted or unmounted, with or without fixture mounting holes

Counterclockwise rotation - Available on all models

Index Stations - Depending on size of table, can have as many as 48 stations, including 3-station and skip index

Pneumatic, Oil-tite or Explosion-proof limit switches (micro switches are standard)
